Adelita Interial

GALESBURG --- Adelita Interial, 75, of Galesburg passed away at 3:40 p.m. Sunday, September 1 at her home. She was born December 2, 1937 in Post, TX to Alberto and Adela Gusman Pantoja and married Alfonso Interial February 19, 1955 in Ballinger, TX. He preceded her in death on June 14, 1996. Adelita is survived by three sons, Jaime Interial, Michael Interial, and Sergio (Malgorzata) Interial; a daughter Irma (Stanley) Olson; a son-in-law, Antonio Corral; four grandchildren, Mathew Interial, Kristian Corral, Brandon Corral, and Ariana Corral; three sisters, Tomasa (Ramon) Gonzales of Amarillo, TX, Valentina Carrizales of Lubbock, TX, and Senaida (Rudy) Hernandez of Wyoming, MI; as well as special friends Karen Webster, Judy Jones, Dr. Jean Brown and Charlie and Annie Brown. She was preceded in death by two children, Leandro Interial and Cynthia Corral. Adelita worked for the State of Illinois for over 30 years, and most recently worked for District 205 at Cooke School. A visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, September 5 at Watson-Thomas Funeral Home. A prayer service will be held at the funeral home following the visitation. A funeral service is scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday, September 6 at Watson-Thomas Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association, Shriner’s Hospitals for Children, American Cancer Society, and the Cooke School Library.
