Angela L. Pacheco

Angela Lynn Pacheco, 60, of Galesburg, Illinois, died peacefully at home Sunday, May 26, 2024 at 11:14 p.m.

Angie was born August 2, 1963 in Galesburg, the daughter of Beatrice Marie (McAfee) and Jacinto Pacheco. Angie is survived by two daughters, Ashley (Maggie) Sanchez and Secilia (Jose) Reyes both of Galesburg; two sons, Brandon Sibley of Washington, Illinois and Ramiro (Raven) Gutierrez of Galesburg; and ten grandchildren, Jay, Keira, Bailey, Kaiden, Malachi, Olani, Joel, Enrique, Amelia, and Armani. Angie is also survived by two sisters, Tanya Carlson of Henderson, Illinois and Karen (Sam) Reynolds of Oneida, Illinois; and one brother, Ronnie (Billie) Pacheco of Galesburg. Including her parents, Angie was preceded in death by one brother, Dennis Pacheco and one sister, Jeanine Pacheco.

Angie’s home was always open to anyone in need. More than anything she loved to care for those in her life. She will be long remembered for her tender heart, her ability to lift others, and her great sense of humor. And above all Angie loved being a grandmother to her 10 beloved grandchildren.

Cremation will be accorded with a celebration of life at her home, 465 W. First St., Galesburg, Illinois starting at 5:00 p.m. Saturday, June 1, 2024. Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg. Memorial contributions may be made to her family in care of Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg.
