Beth Ann Buzick

Beth Ann Buzick, 70, of 255 Silver St. Galesburg, died at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday November 11, 2006 at home.  She was born on February 13, 1936 in Galesburg, the daughter of Kenardo and Rosa Walborg Kinney.  She married Charles Buzick on July 12, 1957.  Surviving are one son: Brian Buzick and one daughter, Barb (Phil) Beserra both of Galesburg.  Also surviving are one grandson and one granddaughter.  She was preceded in death by one son Bradley Buzick in 1985.   Beth was a secretary for many years working at OMC Gale Products then at Henry C. Hill Correctional Center until her retirement in 2002.  She was the past secretary of Local 221 O.P.E.I.U.  She also enjoyed doing genealogy research.  Cremation rites have been accorded.  A graveside committal service of ashes will be at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday November 15, 2006 at Memorial Park Cemetery.  No visitation is planned.  Watson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
