Bobby G. Casey

Bobby Gene Casey, 71, of 239 S. Cherry St., Galesburg, died at 7:16 p.m. Saturday, May 9, 2009 at Cottage Hospital.   Bobby was born on January 10, 1938 in Augusta, GA the son of Chester and Naomi Key Casey. He was a very devoted husband to his wife Dorothy Albrecht Casey whom he married on July 30, 2000. Surviving Bobby are his wife, Dorothy of Galesburg and a sister, Betty (Bill) Wilker of Lockport.   Bobby attended the seniors program day training at KCCDD. He had a great smile and sense of humor. He and Dorothy enjoyed many hours together watching television and listening to the radio. He had lived in Galesburg for many years.  Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at Watson Funeral Home, with Rev. Annette Faul officiating. Visitation will be from 12:30 – 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in East Linwood Cemetery.
