Carol Ann Drury

Carol Ann Drury, 73, of Galesburg, died at 7:04 a.m. March 14, 2020 at home in Galesburg.  Carol was born September 25, 1946 in Galesburg, the daughter of Virgil Foster and Josie Helen (Hovell) McGraw.  She married James Alan Drury on July 30, 1983 in Rock Island.  He preceded her in death.  Carol is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins including Patricia Wilson of Henderson Grove.  Along with her parents and husband, Carol was preceded in death by one son, Mark in 2000; one brother, Robert; and two sisters, Lois and Alice.  Carol was a member of Colonial Baptist Church, Galesburg and was active with her husband as Patriot Guard riders for several years.  Cremation will be accorded.  Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the memorial services for Carol have been postponed until a later date.  Burial of cremated remains will be at a later date.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Colonial Baptist Church.
