Charmone A. Howard

Charmone Antionette Howard, 55, of Galesburg, died at 1:50 p.m. Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Marigold Health Care and Rehab, Galesburg. Charmone was born May 18, 1965 in Chicago, the daughter of John and Frances (Beckley) Howard.  She is survived by one daughter, Dominique A. Grant of Orland Park; four sisters, Marsha Arrington of Chicago, Elizabeth Fowler of Galesburg, Debra Howard of Chicago, and Cheryl Howard of Chicago; and three brothers, John Howard of Spring Valley, CO, Edgar Howard of Peoria, and Milton Howard of Chicago.  Charmone was preceded by her parents; one sister, Penny; and one brother, Howard. Charmone was active in her church, spending many years working and volunteering.  She enjoyed being with her family and friends. Cremation has been accorded.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg.
