Christina L. Johnson

Christina Lynn Johnson, 50, of Galesburg, died at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 24, 2021. Christina was born January 18, 1971 in Galesburg, the daughter of Isaac Luther “Junior” Johnson, Jr. and Charlotte Ann Eiker.  Christina is survived by her mother, Charlotte Eiker of Galesburg; two sons, Joseph Smith and Jared Smith both of Galesburg; one daughter, Jaiden Abarca of Galesburg; and one granddaughter, Jaxson Lee Smith.  Christina is also survived by one brother, Sean Johnson of Champaign; and five sisters, Deborah Johnson of Galesburg, Sarah Johnson of Peoria, Jessica Haulk of Galesburg, Crystal Haulk pf Peoria, and Michelle Haulk of Dunlap.  She was preceded in death by her father; one brother, Jeff Johnson; and two sisters, Kim and Laurie. Christina had worked as a manager at Dairy Queen, had been an operator at Cottage Hospital, and last worked at Beck’s Gas Station.  She was a loving and caring person and always had open arms.  She loved to go to the Mississippi River. Cremation has been accorded.  No services are planned.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg.
