Constance Shea

Constance M. Shea, 85, of 327 N. Sparta, Wataga, Illinois, died at 10:10 p.m. on Sunday May 20, 2007 at home. Constance was born on May 10, 1922 in Reading, PA the daughter of Chris and Bessie Fasig Kneeream. She married William “Bud” Shea on October 6, 1945 in Galesburg. He died on July 6, 2001. Surviving Constance are 3 sons: William (Helen) of Wataga, Dennis of Henderson, and Daniel (Cecelia) of Gilson; 2 daughters: Linda (Tom) Colwell of Georgetown, TX and Hazel (Roger) Stewart of Galesburg; 1 brother Ralph (Thelma) Kneeream of Reading, PA; 1 sister Hazel Sheigel of Reading, PA; 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Preceding her in death were 1 brother and 1 sister. Constance was a homemaker and was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Wataga. Funeral services will be a t 10 a.m. on Thursday May 24, 2007 at Watson Funeral Home, with Deacon Michael Maninno, officiating. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday May 23, 2007 at Watson Funeral Home, with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
