Diane Rosiles

Diane Rosiles, 77, of Galesburg, Illinois, died at 1:24 a.m. Wednesday, February 19, 2025 in the emergency room at OSF St. Mary Medical Center, Galesburg.

Diane was born June 2, 1947 in Galesburg, the daughter of Leonard and Helen R. (Padilla) Guerrero, Sr. Diane married Miguel Rosiles, Sr. in Mexico in November 1987. Diane is survived by her husband, Miguel of Galesburg; three sons, Tom (Steven Zawadzki) Guerrero of Chicago, Illinois, Ricardo Duarte of Galesburg, and Miguel Rosiles, Jr. of Galesburg; and one daughter, Dawn Garcia of Galesburg. Diane is also survived by ten grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two brothers, Lupe (Jean Wong) Guerrero and Ronnie Guerrero both of Galesburg; and one sister, Helen “Princy” Guerrero of Galesburg. Along with her parents, Diane was preceded in death by one sister, Dolly Gutierrez; and one brother Lenny Guerrero, Jr.

For Diane, family came first. She loved being a housewife, mother, and grandmother. She loved having cookouts and cooking for all her family. Diane enjoyed listening to music and dancing, as well as enjoying a nice glass of wine. A lifelong catholic, Diane was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church.

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 22, 2025 at Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. Deacon Michael Crummer will officiate. Cremation will be accorded following services. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Watson Thomas Funeral Home. m.
