Doris Mae Webster

Doris Mae Webster, 81, of Galesburg, died on Saturday, October 28, 2017, 9:02 PM, at Woodridge Supportive Living Center, Galesburg. Doris was born on November 29, 1935, in Maquon. She was the daughter of William and Violet (Forquer) Logue. Doris is survived by her son Michael (Sylvia) Webster; and a daughter, Paula (Leonard) Monzo both of Galesburg; eight grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Timothy Webster, three sisters and a brother.  Doris worked as a CNA at Cottage Hospital and also as a waitress at the Rib Shack for many years. She was also a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved playing cards with her social group the last couple of years that she lived at Woodridge. Per Doris’ wishes, cremation rites were accorded, and no services are planned. Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson-Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg.
