Dorothy M. Clark

Dorothy M. Clark, 94, of 2345 N. Seminary St. Galesburg, died at 12:02 p.m. on August 7, 2006 at Seminary Manor.   She was born on October 16, 1911 in Wagoner, OK the daughter of William T. and Emma Nettie Weaver. She married Albert M. Clark in 1972.  He preceded her in death.   She is survived by 4 nephews:  Ronald Ganschow of Walnut, IL; David hoge of Savanna, IL; Daniel Hoge of Cambridge, IL; and Donald Hoge of Centralia, IL.  4 nieces: Lorna Taraki of Galesburg; Marilyn Johannes of Moline, IL; Mary Hoge of New Orleans, LA; and Glenda Faber of Quincy, IL. One sister-in-law Helen Hoge of Galesburg.  She was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 1 sister.   Dorothy graduated from high school in 1933 and graduated from nursing school.  She was a registered nurse for 56 years at various hospitals including Cook County Hospital for 6 years, Princeton Hospital for 7 years, Fairbury Hospital for 16 ½ years, and Wickenberg Hospital in Arizona for 19 years.  She was a 50 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star.  Dorothy has lived in Galesburg since 1986.  Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Friday August 18, 2006 at Walnut Cemetery in Walnut, Illinois.
