Dylan Jacob Potaczek

Dylan Jacob Potaczek, stillborn son of Eric R. Potaczek and Samantha Woods, both of Galesburg died on June 29, 2007. Dylan is survived by his parents, one sister Kylie at home; his paternal grandparents Bob (and Sue) Potazcek of Galesburg; his maternal grandmother Julie (and Steve) Anderson of Galesburg; his maternal grandfather Jeff (and Barbara) Woods of Galesburg; his maternal great grandparents Larry (and Becky) Boyd of Galesburg; and his paternal Great Grandparents Ed (and Dorothy) Tigue of Lake Thunderbird, IL. Private family funeral services were held today, July 3, 2007. Burial was in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Galesburg. Watson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
