Earline R. Breasaw

Earline R. Breasaw, 76, of 805 Day St., Galesburg, died at 1 a.m. on Saturday, July 26, 2008 at Cottage Hospital. Earline was born on March 6, 1932 in Galesburg, the daughter of Sylvanus and Florence Callison Mitchell.  She married Charles V. Breasaw on July 19, 1953 in Galesburg.  He preceded her in death on September 19, 1985.  Surviving Earline are 3 sons, James (Loretta) of Williamsfield, William and Charles both of Galesburg; 3 brothers,  Eddie (Bonnie) of Kewanee, Ray and Richard (Lynn) both of Galesburg; and a sister Mary Morrell of Kewanee.  Also surviving are 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in by 2 brothers.   Earline worked for several years as a cook at Helen and Meade’s in Galesburg.  Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at Watson Funeral Home, with Rev. Bob Wakefield officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Westfall Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to the Guardian Angels Animal Shelter.
