Jessica A. Jones

Jessica Amy Jones, 33, of Springfield, died on Friday, January 27, 2017, in Springfield, IL. Jessica was born in Galesburg, on October 8, 1983. She was the daughter of Thomas G. Jones of Carbon Cliff, and Judy Diane (Peck) Krueger of Galesburg. Jessica is survived by her parents; four loving children, Matthew, Kaleigh, Cameron, and Arianna; two sisters, Jennifer Wilkes and Kimberley (Justin) Morefield, both of Bloomington; her grandmother, Marcella Atwater, of Galesburg; her grandfather, Bill Atwater, of Galesburg; and her step-father, Michael Krueger of Wausau, WI.  Jessica attended Rock Island schools. She was a friend to many and her greatest joy in life were her children. Jessica cherished every moment she spent with them. Although her time on earth was cut short, the love she had for those who were dear to her will be everlasting. Per Jessica's wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. A private family memorial will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2017.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson-Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg.
