John F. Polillo

John F. Polillo, 95, of Galesburg, died at 5:54 a.m. Thursday, October 21, 2021, at Marigold Health Care and Rehab, Galesburg. John was born April 25, 1926 in Galesburg, the son of Vivian C. (Infusina) and Carl N. Polillo. John is survived by his wife of 70 years, Dolores M. (Angell) Polillo; one son, John C. (Kathy) Polillo of Galesburg; two daughters, Ann Polillo of Galesburg and Patty (Pete) Drummond of Gurnee; four granddaughters, Cheryl Fell, Jessie Polillo, Emily Drummond, and Katie Drummond; and two great granddaughters, Mady Fell and Brooke Fell. John was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, 3 sisters and an infant daughter. Cremation has been accorded.  Burial of cremated remains will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Galesburg.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg.  Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
