Joseph G. Kirk

Joseph Guy Kirk, 52, of Galesburg, died Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria. Joe was born March 30, 1965 in Galesburg, the son of Rufus Claude and Martha Jean (Raley) Kirk.  He is survived by a brother, Michael (Michelle Bent) Kirk and a sister, Dorothy (Lewis) Woods both of Galesburg.  Along with his parents, Joe was preceded in death by one brother, Eddie D. Kirk. Cremation rites will be accorded.  Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, November 12, 2017 at the home of his sister, Dorothy Woods, 505 W. South St., Galesburg.  Rev. Lewis Woods will officiate. Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson-Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg.
