Kathy E. Jackson

Kathy E. Jackson, 60, of Galesburg, died at home on Sunday, June 17, 2018, 1:54 PM, Galesburg.  Kathy was born on December 8, 1957, in Galesburg. She was the daughter of Robert and Maralene (Whitney) Baughman. She married Paul Jackson on June 28, 1986 in Galesburg. She is survived by her husband, Paul; two daughters, Nichole Seibert of Monmouth and Carol Castillo of Galesburg; a son, Sean Seibert of Az; two brothers, Steven and Terry Baughman both of Galesburg; two sisters, Karin Pierson of Knoxville and Brenda Sellon of Galesburg; four grandchildren, Tracy Brady, Alexandria Brady, Malachi Castillo and Luis Castillo; and eleven nieces and nephews. Kathy was preceded in death by her father. Kathy was a homemaker. She loved to write poetry and work puzzles. She had a big heart and a lot of love for her family and friends. Kathy was always caring and compassionate. Kathy had a beautiful soul and she will be greatly missed by those who loved her.  Per Kathy’s wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. No services are planned at this time. Watson-Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory have been entrusted with the arrangements.
