Merle Lee Sikes, 75, of Galesburg, died at 7:19 a.m. Monday, November 6, 2017 in the emergency room at OSF St. Mary's Medical Center, Galesburg. Per Merle's wishes no services will be held. Cremation rites will be accorded and private family burial will be in the spring. Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson-Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg.
