Norman Thomas Burks, 32, of Victoria, died at 8:45 a.m. Thursday, September 24, 2015 in Galesburg. Norman was born December 24, 1982 in Fairbury, IL the son of James Frederick Burks, Sr. and Karen Lanette Lamb. Norman is survived by his mother and step father, Karen (Randy) Sheets of Victoria; a brother, Patrick Burks of Danville, IL and two half brothers, Tony Hjerpe of Indiana and Robert Lamb of Champaign. He was preceded in death by his father. Cremation rites have been accorded and no services are planned. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Watson-Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg.
