Olivia Stewart

Olivia Ann Stewart, 25, of Wataga, died Saturday September 7, 2013 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria. Olivia was born September 15, 1987 in Galesburg, the daughter of Ronald Stewart and Christina Beserra.  Those left to cherish her memory is her daughter whom she deeply loved, Victoria Motz at home; her father, Ronald Stewart of Galesburg; her step father, Steve Cox; a sister, Lisa (Javier) Cruz of Galesburg; a step grandmother, Doris Cox; aunts, Mary Holmes and Barb Buzick; uncles, Joe and Phil Beserra and A.J. Gonzales; and cousins, Cody Riley, Brittany Buzick, Joy Smith, and Steve Smith.  She was preceded in death by her mother Christina Cox on February 7, 1998 and an aunt, Linda Beserra. Olivia could always be found with a smile on her face especially when she was with her daughter.  Olivia also enjoyed playing volleyball and pool.  She also enjoyed swimming. A celebration of life will be held 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, September 14, 2013 at Watson-Thomas Funeral Home, Galesburg.  A prayer service will follow at 2 p.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Olivia Stewart memorial fund in care of Wells Fargo Bank.
