Pamela A. Butz

Pamela Ann Butz, 63, of Galesburg, died peacefully Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at her home where she was loved by all.

She was born December 26, 1960 in Park Ridge, Illinois, the daughter of Robert and Eileen Butz. Pam resided at St. Mary’s Square Living Center in Galesburg from 1998 until she moved into Hedger House in 2013.

Pam absolutely loved life and lived it to the fullest. She gave the best hugs and was always so happy. Her favorite thing to wear were sweatshirts and long-sleeved shirts. She enjoyed listening to music, had a passion for food, was a master brick lover and hoarder, and loved criss cross applesauce. Pam had a smile that could brighten the room. She lived a simple but large life that made an impact on everyone else’s.

Cremation will be accorded. A private celebration of Pam’s life will take place at her home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory in Galesburg.
