Patrick B. Bradford

Patrick Blair Bradford, 68, of Galesburg, died Friday, December 1, 2017 in Heartland Health Care, Galesburg. Pat was born March 15, 1949 in Galesburg, the son of Eugene Leo and Marjorie Louise (Godsil) Bradford. Pat married Judy Larson and together they had two sons, Chris Bradford of Falls Church, VA and Ryan Bradford of Galesburg. They later divorced. Pat is also survived by two brothers, Terry (Kathy) Bradford and Mike (Pam) Bradford both of Galesburg; three sisters, Judy (Frank) Rogers of Galesburg, Joan (Gene) Bent of Oneida, and Paula (Ken) Mason of Arvada, CO; one grandson, Owen; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Pat was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Mary Lou Tracy; and two brothers, Ron and Tim Bradford. Pat served in the US Army from 1969 to 1971. He went on to work for Fox Construction for 25 years. In his free time Pat loved to fish and play pool. He was also a member of Laborers Local #538. Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Galesburg. A celebration of life will follow at Budde’s, 425 E. Main St., Galesburg, IL 61401. Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson-Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg. Memorials may be made to Ryan Bradford for an education fund for his grandson Owen.
