Patrick Ryan Carlson

Patrick Ryan Carlson, 46, of Largo, FL, died at 10:46 p.m. Saturday, June 10, 2017 in OSF St. Mary Medical Center, Galesburg. Patrick was born on May 12, 1971 in Moline, IL.  He is survived by his mother, Michele Carlson of Largo, FL; his step father, Alan Carlson of Alpha; one brother, Andrew (Trish) Carlson of Hamilton, OH; one sister, Lindsey (Derek) Carlson of Clarksville, TN; two nieces, Alexis and Sydney Carlson; and one nephew, Owen Carlson.  He also leaves behind his beloved dog, Pocket. Patrick was a talented craftsman who worked as a handyman, working on anything from concrete to electrical work.  He loved to watch NASCAR and spending time at the cabin near Victoria.Cremation rites will be accorded.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson-Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg.  Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Knox County Humane Society or to a charity of the donor’s choosing.
