Phillip L. Crow

Phillip Leonard Crow, 71, of East Galesburg, died at 1:40 a.m. Sunday, February 13, 2022 at Richard Owens Hospice House, Peoria, Illinois. Phil was born May 18, 1950 in Galesburg, the son of Leonard Junior and Imogene (Lufkin) Crow. He graduated from Knoxville High School and went on to work at OMC Gale Products for several years. He later worked in concrete and construction until his retirement. Phil married Jalayne J. Vollmar on May 17, 1975 in Knoxville, IL. They later divorced. She still survives of East Galesburg. Phil is also survived by one brother, Marty (Nancy) Crow of Galesburg; one sister, Jeannie (Steve) Westbay of Knoxville; his nieces and nephews, Lacie (Roger) Clark of Rogersville, MO, Mitchell (Renee) Westbay of Dahinda, Kristine Crow of Galesburg, and Jacob Crow of Galesburg; and several great nieces and nephews. Phil was preceded in death by his parents. Cremation has been accorded. A graveside service will be held at a later date at Fairview Cemetery, Fairview, IL. Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg.
