Robert L. Crouch, Sr.

Robert Leo Crouch, Sr., 66, of 986 S. Seminary St., Galesburg, died at 3:31 p.m. on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at Genesis East, Davenport, IA. Bob was born on January 4, 1944 in Galesburg, the son of Perry and Catherine Hill Crouch.  He married Bridget Moran on June 9, 1978 in Galesburg. Surviving Bob is his wife Bridget of Galesburg; a son Robert Crouch, Jr. of Pontiac; a brother, Lester Crouch of Tennessee; 4 sisters, Lois Hamilton of Wisconsin, Connie Keener of Galesburg, Charity McDonald of Florida, and Faith Crouch of Texas.  Bob was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters, and 7 brothers. Bob was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the US Army from 1966 to 1968.  He was lifelong mechanic. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, February 6, 2010 at Watson Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in East Linwood Cemetery, Galesburg.  Visitation will be on Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the service.  Memorials may be made to the Prairieland Animal Wellness Center.
