Rosaline M. Trupiano

Rosaline Mary Trupiano, 99, of Galesburg, died peacefully Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at Seminary Manor, Galesburg. Rosaline was born August 15, 1922 in Galesburg, the daughter of John and Amelia (Oros) Evans.  She graduated from Galesburg High School.  Rosaline later married Joe Trupiano on July 28, 1956 in Galesburg.  Their marriage brought two daughters, Susan Trupiano and Rosalia Trupiano both of Elk Grove Village.  Joe preceded Rosaline in death on February 17, 2009. Rosaline spent her years taking care of her daughters and the home.  Rosaline and Joe had a strong faith in God and enjoyed attending mass at Corpus Christi Catholic Church.  They also loved to experience many different eating establishments.  Rosaline had a deep love for cats and dogs. Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at St. Joseph Cemetery, Galesburg.  Rev. Father Lee Brokaw will officiate.  There will be no visitation.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg.  Memorials may be made to the Knox County Humane Society.
