Shirley Elene Adcock, 80, of 275 E. Carl Sandburg Dr., Galesburg, died at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday November 15, 2006 at Marigold Nursing Home. She was born on August 4, 1926 in Galesburg, the daughter of Floyd and Leona Hall Adcock. Shirley graduated from Galesburg High School and worked in the office at Burlington Truck lines for a few years. Cremation rites have been accorded. No Services are planned. Watson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
