Troy C. Rutledge

Troy C. Rutledge, 34, of 1452 E. Losey St., Galesburg, died at 4 a.m. on Friday, February 15, 2008 at OSF St. Mary Medical Center, Galesburg. Troy was born on May 16, 1973 in Galesburg, the son of Francis L. and Mary R. Lemasters Rutledge. He graduated from Williamsfield High School. He then graduated from the Carl Sandburg College School of Nursing. Troy first worked at Galesburg Terrace in Galesburg. He spent the past 2 years working at Walnut Grove Nursing Home, in Morris. He was a member of the State of Illinois Nursing Association. Surviving Troy are his parents, Francis and Mary Rutledge of Galesburg; a brother, Francis (Susan) Rutledge of Galesburg; a sister, Dawn (Mike) Baker of Morris; his maternal grandmother, Ruth Thompson of Galesburg; a special friend, Tawny Lewis of Galesburg; several Uncles, Aunts, and cousins. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at Watson Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in East Linwood Cemetery, Galesburg.
